The weight (10L-50L) filling machine consist of rectilinear scale units (with roller), container inlet and outlet chain structure, rough and fine filling device (with air-cylinder diving), liquid feeding hopper, weighing control instrument and programmable control units. This weight filling scale is suitable for variety of liquid, such as foam and non-foam liquid.
The weighing sensor and control instruments adopts world famous brand METTLER TOLEDO, ensure high filling accuracy.
Adopts fast and low filling valve, ensured high filling measurement meanwhile does not affect overall filling speed. Filling head controlled by air cylinder, can up filling and dive filling, suitable for no foam or mild foam liquid.
Every filling head can be added rotating drip cup, collecting the residual material of filling nozzle after finish filling, prevent contamination of bottle by drip liquid.
Weighing control instrument with a standard interface, overall system adopts digital control, adjustment and set can be completed on the touch screen, gross weight and net weight filling style can be achieved, the real filling measurement will be showed on touch screen, convenient and intuitive.
Empty bottle detection, no bottle, not filling system; bottle collision-proof and bottle orientation reset design.
The electrical part of this machine designed according to the standard of circuits and gas line running, installed on the top of cabinet box on the requirement of waterproof grade, effectively prevent liquid pollution and ensure electrical components from harm.
The parts which contact liquid are made of high quality stainless steel 304. The sealing material of filling scale and wetted part is PTFE, overall machine is stainless steel and tempered glass.
