Product description:

The cork sealing machine is mainly applied to wine bottle cork sealing.

Reduction plug body aircraft are used freestanding extrusion head, when shrink cork, relying on both sides of the pan slider to the required diameter of the cork, to ensure the smooth progress of corking. Shrink chock using special materials and conducted quenching treatment to ensure hardness, corking without dregs, long service life.

Advantages:

The middle pillar holding every individual cork capper is adjustable to fit height (250mm-370mm) of bottles.

Adopting a continuous running out of the bottle device, dial in and out of bottle, bottle clutch disc at a protection device. When bottle blocking appears, shut down automatically, ensure production safety.

The diameter of the cork is allowed to be from 20.5mm to 24mm, and the height of cork is allowed to be 35mm-44mm.

Allowable diameter of bottles is from 60mm to 90mm.

Clutch protection device is used with the automatic bottle loading device automatically give warning whenever unusual situations appear.

Photo electric switches are used to detect bottles. No corks are provided if no bottles are detected.
