This sparkling wine filling machine is mainly used in washing, filling and sealing gas containing drinks into bottles, such as sparkling wine, soda water, carbonated drink, cola, etc.
The machine is based on the introduction of German technology, combined with our years of manufacturing experience.
The machine combines filling and capping, with scientific and rational design, beautiful shape. It is easy in maintenance, with high automation. It is an automatic washing, filling & capping machine.
This machine is equipped with external mechanical valve, inside which there is no spring or sealing element. It makes use of combined transmission by open gear and gearbox, and adopts frequency conversion stepless speed control, extending the speed modulating scope. It has an automatic lubricating device so that the lubrication points can be automatically lubricated regularly in time. Also, our filling machine has high transmission efficiency, low noise and long life. In case of the blowout due to poor quality of the bottles during filling, the filling valve will automatically close. The sealer has the function of automatic reloading, which helps lower the bottle breakage.
